Arvind Kashyapa
Chief Executive officer
Arvind has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. After completing his MBA, Arvind joined The New India Assurance Company in India, in 1981. He was associated with New India for the next 27 years with the last 10 years as General Manager of the Company’s Dubai Agency. He subsequently started the Dubai operations of Howden Insurance Brokers London, in Dubai, as a Partner and CEO in 2008. He was an Advisor with The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum in Dubai. Since October 2022, Arvind Kashyapa has taken over the reigns as the CEO of NewTech Insurance Brokers LLC.

Jasjeet Bindra is an insurance veteran who started his career as a direct officer with National Insurance Company in 1987, in India. He has a successful record in the insurance sector and has lead business expansion.
He is qualified MBA and Associate of Charted Insurance Institute (ACII), London. He has all-round experience in insurance underwriting, claims and marketing. Before taking leadership role in NewTech Insurance Brokers as Executive Director, Jasjeet worked in Senior Management positions in the Oriental Insurance Company, Dubai as Agency Manager, Howden Insurance Brokers, Dubai as Managing Director, Dubai Insurance Company, Dubai as Director and Seguro Insurance Brokers, Dubai as CEO & MD in UAE, since 1999.

Mohammed Ahmed, with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Newtech Insurance Brokers. His diverse background includes roles in media, insurance and insurtech organizations, providing him with a 360-degree perspective that enhances his ability to serve clients effectively. Mohammed has collaborated with large organizations to ensure they are adequately protected and is renowned for his professionalism and his talent for nurturing and building strong client relationships.
HITESH KHANCHANDANI

Hitesh, a Dubai-born and educated young entrepreneur, graduated from the American University of Dubai in 2012. He has 12 years of convergence marketing and sales experience behind him. After spending 8 years in his family business, he moved on in 2020 to set up a boutique broking company under the aegis of The Private Office of Shaikh Saeed Bin Ahmad Al Maktoum. He brings with him fire, energy and resilience coupled with traditional business values to take the company’s broking activity to the desired level.
